Send a clear report
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and your relationship to the rights holder.
- The exact URL or other precise location of the disputed material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their representative or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where required for a DMCA notice, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How a report is handled
We review sufficiently detailed reports and may request clarification. Where appropriate, access to material under our control may be restricted or removed. Reports concerning material controlled by another provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
